STEP 1
Register your superstar to our system via Procare.
Note: $50 Registration Fee Per Child
REGISTRATION COMPLETED?!
WE WILL FOLLOW-UP VIA EMAIL.
STEP 2
Complete the Missouri Child Care Enrollment Form.
STEP 3
Include up-to-date physical and shot records in your 'Attention: Enrollment' email.
STEP 4
Does your child receive state assistance?
Include our DVN #: 002735544 in your 'State Assistance' document.
Please be aware it may take 5 to 10 business days before you check out processes on our records.
